As you are aware now the area of The Point Hotel, Mossel bay has been declared as World Heritage Site, next to the oldest light house of South Africa, it's the closest hotel in the World to the Ocean with World's largest natural tidal pool just in front of the hotel and Mossel bay is also the Adventure Capital Of The World with many adventure activities set up around.

A huge migration of Whales, Sharks, Dolphins are happening in Mossel Bay between the months of July till December where people often see them right from their rooms…

With huge expenditure on revamp, heavy depreciation of South African Currency, huge increase in the cost of operations and with grace of all we touched 85% occupancy last year with which we became one of the world's fastest growing non metropolitan hotel unit, we are looking for a complete makeover in the price structure for the coming year.
